Since the mid-1990’s Libby Guthrie has managed REO assets. She is a long-time member of NRBA (National REO Broker’s Association) and is licensed in Tennessee and California.

Some of her current and past clients are Fannie Mae, Keystone Asset Management Company (now Ascribe), I-Serve, Bank of America, Wachovia, Computershare, BAM, SAM, FDIC, USRES, XOME and Quicken Loans.

Libby is also well versed in managing short sale transactions.
